What\'s the difference...

between a moisturizing conditioner and a hydrating conditioner? I want to try the Regis Hydrating balm and conditioner,but I'm not sure how to use them or what they do. If you've used these or any regis products before please share your experience.

They both have the same goal, which is to bring moisture or "re-hydrate" your hair. I've never tried Regis so maybe someone else will come along and give you a review on that particular brand.

I'm sure they mean the same thing. By the way--the Regis products that I've used (Protein Boost and Hydrating Balm) have been very satisfactory.
