What\'s the difference between...

Good Afternoon Everybody,

Would someone please explain the difference between a conditioner and a rinse?

For example Miss Key 10 in 1 Super Conditioner and Miss Key 10 in 1 Rinse.

A rinse is usually thinner and more watery than a cream conditioner.

I have both the Capilo Cinnamon rinse and the cream conditioner. I haven't noticed too much difference in the performance. One is thicker, but I get more of the rinse for the money.
