Just keep it organized and simple. I would make up a regimen for her, write the instructions and either get her some of the products or include a product recommendation list. I'm sure she would GREATLY appreciate a step by step list of what she should do daily/weekly to maintain her hair. It would be a very thoughtful gift.
List of necessary products would be (just get only what u need for her regimen):

I have a question. Would you have been offended if you received a haircare basket prior to your LHCF days? I am asking, because I know the "road to hell is often paved w/ good intention." I don't want to waste money for something that one make the recipients angry.
