Airdrying in a bun
Daily Moisturizing
Stetching Relaxers
Conditioner Washes (just started doing and I really like it)
Detangling
Many good prouducts but here are a few

Less Heat

Products: Salmerm 21, SURGE!!!, Nioxin Biotin Creme, Jane Carter's Wrap and Roll, WGO (my staple on damp hair to prevent dryness), NTM (leave in is my buddy) and Aubrey's GPB (love it!!)...the list goes on :)

Too many to list, but my top three are:

1. reduce or eliminate heat
2. stretch relaxers
3. extreme gentleness handling hair (including using seamless tools & accessories)

Baggie method - (Thanks to whoever was the originator of that idea)

Stretching touch-up - (No more overlapping)

Putting my hair in a ponytail in the shower - (Ingenious. Thanks to the originator of that idea)

Daily washing & conditioning/rinsing - (working like a charm and only one or two lost strands after comb through)
Juicing - (I've got my whole family drinking carrot juice)

I have learned so many things, the best tips that helped my hair was CW every other night, moisturize with S-Curl, vitamins GNC nourishair, and heavy protein{Aphogee) for my hair every 6 weeks, carrot juice and scalp massages. Thanks a million to everyone on this board!

TIP: Stretching relaxer, frequent washing, using CONDITIONER, conditioner washing, BUN challenge!!!

Product: Nexxus products, jibere (sp?) shower comb, and SURGE!!

UBH moisturizer
Hollywood products
Using protein conditioners more
CO washes
Keeping my hair in the bun. This challenge is really helping my hair grow.

NatureMade Super B complex was another good recommendation. Great replacement for what I was taking. I was taking the Naturemade B 100 vitamins and they were so big that I would gag. So I would never take them consistently.
