WHAT was Christina Milian THINKING?

I just saw in the most recent issue of sophisticate's black hair with eve on the cover that Christina Milian has dyed her beautiful hair blonde and it looks very dry and damaged now. She says her stylist tried to stop her from coloring it but she made her do it anyway. Her lucious black hair is gone and her hair looks a mess. It is so sad

With the damage she has done to her hair she will be on the LHCF real soon....
 
I saw her on the making of some video for her latest movie and it was blonde, but I didn't like it either.

Nor did I like Reagan Gomez-Patterson's (I think that is her name, the girl who played Zahria in Parenthood) blonde hair in Reuben's new video. It's like blending in with her face or something.
 
that's reagan gomez-preston. i saw the blonde hair in a mag and i didn't like it either.

off topic - reuben has a new video out? for what song? i am really loving his cd, especially "play our song", "after the candles burn", and "we have not forgotten"
 
Yeah Preston. Her hair kind of blended in with her fur coat too. Hmmm those titles sound good, I heard his album is good. It's for the song "Sorry 2004," they showed the making on Access Granted on BET.
 
She doesn't need it. She wrote 'Play' for Jennifer Lopez. She likely gets HUGE royalty checks four times a year. I had a friend who wrote a song for a jazz artist's CD (Gerald Albright) and he got $14,000 in royalties one year. I can only imagine what Christina gets but it is likely well into the six figures.
 
I was going to ask how old she is, but I just read her bio and it says she's 22. I thought she was much younger than that!! She looks like a teenager when I see her on TV, but in that website pic she definitely looks a lot older!!
 
that hair color looks nice in that picture, but i do like her darker hair! and when i first saw her, i thought she was like 15 and she was like 20!
 
Defintely like her hair better as a brunette...I hope her stylist and agents dont ruin her hair...it really was long and lush...

I am jamming to her nice little tune that is playing on her website...DIP IT LOW...catchy tune!
 
well she has nobody to blame but herself, the poster said her stylist tried to stop her! for once a stylist is doing something right
 
I like it both ways. I like it a little more when it was darker though. It looked the best when she was in that "Between me and you" video with ja rule. Now that was the cutest that I've seen it. She has started dressing a little hoochie! She used to be so innocent now she's doing like Mya.
 
I so agree with you. I've seen pictures of Christina with the new blond 'do and I don't like it at all. She looks 100% better with her natural hair color. I don't understand the fascination with blond hair.

right, and girls arent even dying their hair blonde, its like a honey brown or something and then they call it blonde.

it looks a hot mess on some girls, but u cant tell celebs that their hair is a mess, or i'd have a whole list of women to send some advice to

Really. Blond hair doesn't look good on everyone. I think skin tone needs to be taken into consideration when dying the hair blond. The majority of the female celebs currently rocking blond hair look so much better with darker hair. Beyonce, Lil Kim, Mary J. Blige, Christina Milian...I saw a picture of Monica in the Hype Hair with Alicia Keys on the cover, and her hair is now jet black and beautiful. She looks stunning. I hated that blond mess in her hair.

Well I didn't look at the website, but if you look in that sophisticate's black hair mag i'm sure everyone will agree that it looks a hot mess.
 
here i was admiring christina for sporting her natural tresses - no excessive use of weaves - in the 'love don't cost a thing movie' and now i hear this.

so sad. but, if it makes her happy, more power to her ! ! ! christina is a beautiful girl regardless of what hair color she's sporting.

i peeped out her website and it's funny how they don't mention anything about that video she put out a few years ago that flopped, big time.

blonde tends to wash alot of black peoples skin tone out, black hair makes your skin tone glow an pop, i guess some poeple dont want anyone to know they have black skin .. :|

I haven't seen the pic but from experience (i'm light with black hair) my skin tends to look really pasty at night. Think nicole kidman...but just not so scurrryyy .

I've always loved Mary J. Blige's blondes (only certain ones, not the platinum ones). I think Christina looks good on that website front page, but I saw another one somewhere else and her hair looked dried out.
