Okay, I know that there are many posts that deal with washing techniques for pre-wash, during wash, and post-wash. But either I'm really lazy /images/graemlins/ohwell.gif or I just can't seem to put it all together after reading tons of posts from one day to the next (WOW this board really is addicting!). Maybe I should start taking notes as I'm reading /images/graemlins/think.gif.
Well, I pretty much got a nice hair routine going, but what are some things you all do once you do that final rinse out of your shampoo and/or conditioner? For example, do you apply leave-in conditioner, serums, oils? Do you ponytail dry, hang dry, sit under hooded dryer, blow-dry (i know. a technical no-no)?
I just need some kind of tips for my hair. Because, when its all washed up and conditioned up, I'm feeling good about it /images/graemlins/up.gif, but then I look at the wet hair as a chore that i dont feel like dealing with /images/graemlins/down.gif. Here's some info about my hair:
I think its 3c-4a.
Its 1-2 inches past shoulder.
I am combating shedding hair (not breakage).
I have a relaxer.
It tends to frizz up when i comb through it after hang drying.
I don't seem to have as much shedding when I blow-dry
So, any helpful hints?
