I usually take mine in the morning or afternoon w/ a meal. If I wait too long in the day, I tend to get busy and forget, so it has to be before late afternoon for me. I'm not sure if there is any added benefit taking it at a certain time of the day, but it helps to take vitamins (or certain vitamins) with a meal. Also, if you take iron pills, it helps to take it with orange juice. HTH.
