What temperature is your flat iron set on?

High! I have a Babyliss Pro Nano Titanium and I usually set it to 40-45 (the highest is 50 which is 450 degrees) So I'm assuming 40-45 is around ~410-430 degrees. Then again my hair is natural 4a/4b coarse hair but I have yet to experience heat damage.

I set it at 410-450 with minimal passes over the hair
