I leave my treatment on until it is rock hard and dry all over. It usually takes about 20-25 minutes under a hooded dryer, with no shower cap of course.
Say Ladies, I used Aphogee last week. Does this mean I don't do deep conditions for 6 wks? I used Keracare with not heat is that considered deep conditioning?
If I ever meet up with you (!!!!!) I'll "lend" you some. I caught a sale and have a few containers and wouldn't mind parting with one to contribute to the cause of the college student empty pocket...! LOL!.

thanks Tracy
I would really appreciate that. I have about 2 months of conditioner laying around here so no rush over here.
I usually see the 6 ozon sale for 3.99, does that sound right?
Hi All,
Can someone please tell me what exactly is this HI PRO PAC
I know it is a protein conditioner, but does the HI stand for something..is it in a small container? I never see it when I am out.. I am dying to try this (non -expensive) product....I have many pricey ones already!!!!
Thanks
I use the stinky Aphogee every 6-8 weeks (usually a week after my touch up) I didn't use it this time though.
I am currently in no breakage land!
When I was in breakage city I did the Aphogee every 6wks and used the Elucence Extended Moisture Repair Treatment every week (There's a cheapy version but I forgot the name of it).
Now I'm using the Elucence Extended Moisture Repair Treatment every 2 wks and using Humecto Conditioner (not a protein) every week.
i use the aphogee 2 minute reconstructor. is it less potent that the normal aphogee? i have only used it once and only plan on doing it around touch-up time. should i get another kind?
Res Q Hair Repair by Jherring Redding. Its the best I've found for my type 3C/4A natural hair. It left my hair really silky, smooth and well moisturized. I used heat for 15 minutes and then left it on for an additional hour. Then I air dried my hair in bantu knots.
I finally have a protein treatment/conditioner in my stash. I purchased got2b So Smooth One Minute Emergency Repair Cream a few days ago (haven't tried it yet).

the PJ creed....
ALWAYS check your closet (bathroom cabinets, storage containers, messy rooms) FIRST before buying new products. LOL!

So true! I was going to buy some Beauty Without Cruelty Leave-In after someone on this board recommended it. It's one of the few products someone in my real life likes too. I was scrounging around for some hair pins and saw a full bottle of BWC Leave-In! I was like, "Where the f
did this come from?"
It was in a shopping bag with Thermasilk conditioner, some plastic caps and Proclaim Straightening Gel. I have no idea when I bought this stuff! I need help...

I use with the first shampoo I do after a relaxer. It really does make my hair feel stronger. I feel like it reinforces the strand.
