Aquamarine
Hi there!
My hair can best be described as 4a at the crown and nape and 4b in the front and hairline areas. Thick and spongy in parts and baby soft and fine in others. Major shrinkage. Weird lol.
This weekend, I might go ahead and texturize and keep it that way for a few months. Right now, my hair is a shrunken, 'packy' little twa. I'm not really feeling the picked out fro either. It will still look natural, but it won't dry as 'compact' as it does now.
I've worn a texturizer some time ago, but I think that I was putting the wrong products in. Back then, I didn't like how my hair would feel gooped up and crunchy after a wash because my first instinct was to apply some gel in order to 'preserve' the waves. I had this stiff 'worlds of curls' look. My hair and scalp didn't feel soft or clean.
Is there a light product that will give my short texturized hair some mild definition, but without the stiffness and gunkiness on my scalp?
thanx : ))
