So I would like to try oil rinsing and I was wondering what kind of oil I should use. I know you cant just use any 'ol oil. Can someone give me a list of good oils to use? Or oils u used that gave you nice results doing oil rinsing?

I use coconut oil or olive oil. They work really well

coconut oil or castor oil

Evoo has the most slip for me. Grapeseed and hempseed are good too.
