My head is swimming :drunk: by all of the various Indian oils as well as the variety of other oils that ladies on the board have mentioned. This is just a short list of Indian oils I want to try: alma, neem, vatika, nara, shikaki, brahmi. . .

Would you mind posting your top three favorite oils and how you use them? Oil wash, deep condition, seal, etc?

I use Olive and Jojoba oils for dry deep conditioning (thanks Sareca) as well as using them for oil rinsing, but I really want to try some of the Indian oils.

You have two great ones there already.

I have Bhringraj, Shikakai and Amla (dark and light)

You can make your own also by boiling the powder in a carrier oil like jojoba then straining the contents from the oil when it is cooled.

thanks mscoco. what do you use those oils for--rinsing, deep conditioning, etc?
