TCB Hair and Scalp Conditioner once a week after washing. I'm adding Palmer's Coconut oil to my regimen too (once a week), so I'll be greasing twice per week when I wear my hair out.

grease
spraying sheen or r&n daily cream moisturizer before a comb or brush hits my hair, particularly in morning and at night.
alot of praying!!!!

Vitamins-going back to Viviscal soon
Surge
Frequent Washings
Proctective styles-drawsring ponytail and braids.

* Washing once a week (If I wash too frequently, I lose more hair when I comb it and, also, I get those single-strand hair knots)
* Keeping ends protected with moisturizing creme or some other hair oil.
* Exercising 3x's a week and drinking water
* No excessive heat applied to hair.

Vitamins (Biotin, MSM, EPO/Flax, Protein)
Protective Styles
Stretching Relaxers
Mega Moisture (frequent washing/daily spritzing)

1) Relaxing every 4 mos. instead of every 3 (this also means one less trim per year

)

2) Supplements

3) Moisture, moisture, moisture

4) Little or no heat

5) Conditioner washes (only in the summer months

Daily conditioner washes
Vitamins
relaxing every 10-12 weeks
deep conditioners and hot oil treatments
scalp massages
being gentle with the hair.

I don't really do anything for faster growth. I just try to eat healthy, exercise and drink lots of water and green tea.

Daily scalp massages
Washing my hair every 3 days
Keeping my hair and ends moisturized
Airdrying
Wearing protective styles
Wearing satin scarf to bed and satin pillowcase
Vitamins
Daily exercise (including inversion exercises to nourish scalp)
Drinking lots of water
Visualization
Loving my hair

I would agree, however instead of washing every three days. I rinse twice a day morning and evening. Conditioning washes done in the evening. Definitely a thumbs up method.

babyblue,

Do you buy or make your rosemary growth spritz?

If you make it, would you mind sharing the recipe?

Sure i dont mind sharing. i got it from a member of another site

you could either buy dry rosemary leaves or buy rosemary tea bags from the health food store.

get a pot of water and either drop 4 rosemary teabags or 4 tbsp rosemary leaves into the water and boil.

let steep for 2 hrs.

when it cools drain it and put in spray bottle

As a preservative put a few drops of sage oil or vitamin E oil ( i use vitamin e oil)

keep refrigerated and spray scalp daily

I find this method very effective and my hair has definitely grown. This is why i havent even bothered with surge.

*note dont use if you have high blood pressure or if u hate the smell of rosemary which can be strong.

happy growing!

I do the following more to ensure the hair that does grow is healthy and strong and to retain the growth I do get as opposed to trying to speed up my growth rate:

Vaseline on my ends
Conditioner washes
Supplements ( I know I don't eat right...)
Being gentle with my hair

Washing and deep conditioning my hair weekly
Avoiding direct heat on my hair
Moisturizing my ends 2x a day
Using natural products on my hair
Avoiding heavy products (pomades etc...)
Using a satin scarf or bonnet
Massaging my scalp

Eating plenty of fruits and vegetables
Drinking plenty of water
Vitamins and supplements
