What kind of flat iron will get my hair straight like this?:pic:

I like the chi wet to dry(with the variable temp) although it is about $143. But if you wanna try the marcels just buy the paper wraps used for perm rods and test on the paper first- if it turns a faint brown its too hot, the paper should stay white.

Mine gets pretty straight from wet wrapping, letting it stay in the mold from the wrap a few hours, and flat ironing it with a little oil sheen and light spritz (some green kind my aunt uses in the shop). But my friend who's hair comes out like the picture all the time.. shampoo's and conditions w/ Kenra, dries her hair straight down under a hooded dryer and flat irons her hair with Essations creme shine. That stuff makes her hair shine!! And I'm still waiting on her to get me a jar b/c she wouldn't give me a little sample. erplexed

oh, I am so interested in this now. I had my hair flat ironed Sat. and the shine was so not there.
