What is your prepoo method?

I'd love to use my Dominican products as a pre poo, but I have to order mine online and shipping is too much to be going through them twice as fast by using them as a pre-poo, and a DC!!!

I prepoo with shikakai oil overnight and then in the morning wash it out.
