5-7 days? I can't not take it down my hair gets so tangled. the hair i lose is not worth the low manipulation.

but if you mean just consitantly. I used to wear a bun almost everyday. (still do) might have a couple days that are in another style but i'd guess about 355/365 from maybe grade 7-10. I think around tenth i started wearing it out more so maybe 330/365 for 10 til now. Now it's buns or pigtails for the most part

I answered one day, I always take it down at night. I didn't really know you could wear them longer. I'm gonna check out this thread...

Never longer than a day! my bun gets messy overnight so I usually have to take it down and re-do it in the morning...in fact I don't bun while i sleep cus (I'm a wild sleeper)

This is me. I don't like to sleep with my hair pinned up so I redo it daily.
