What is the Best Rinse to use

I would like to put a color rinse in my hair. i would like to know the best time to put it in. Should I put it before or after a perm? What product is the best for conditioning?

Do you know the benefits of using Cod liver oil?

Sebastians Colourshines gets my vote

I'm pretty sure all rinses are to be applied after relaxing not before.HTH

I don't really know about rinses, but perm. color, is after you relax. I learned the hard way and picked my hair up off the shower floor. Just to be safe, I would relax first.

I used to use Jazzing, but switched to Sebastion. I LOVE Sebastian!!

my stylist uses KISS by Express. it can be applied the same day as your relaxer.

Clairol Beautiful Collection and Wella can be bought at Sallys. I've never seen Kiss by Express in my Sallys, but I have seen it at some Asian BSS so you might be able to find it.
