When am I suppose to use a rinse???

Am I suppose to use a rinse before or after I condition my hair???... what exactly does a rinse do???...and currently I am using the nacidit olive oil rinse...what is the best rinse to use???-t.i.a.-Melissa

I love the Jazzy rinse which comes into a hot pink container. Thats a good question about when to use it I never really tought about that. I usually do it immediatly after my shampoo which would be before I condtion and it comes out ok. There is also another rinse that comes into a silver container with black writing that I like but I forgot the name of it. Good luck on your rinse, which ever way u choose

I have been using the Nacidit rinse after the conditioner and sometimes I dont.
I have never tried using it before applying the Nacidit conditioner.

I think a rinse is supposed to be used as the last thing before detangling... it's actually supposed to help detangle your hair.

I never use them unless I have just used a conditioner that doesn't give enough slip.
