What is the best anti humectant?

Are you looking for a pomade or a serum? I apply them after. For a serum, I like Carol's Daughter Macadamia & for a pomade, I use Aveda.

Lilmama1011 John Frieda Frizz Ease Serum works for me and keeps reversion at bay till wash day. I use the heat protectant serum now but in the past the regular serum worked just as well:

To remove it, I use just any ol' shampoo (I am not afraid of sulphate shampoos). This was my hair a week since I applied that serum, I was getting ready to wash it, hence the braids:

And this was reversion happening as soon as Garnier Fructis Sleek and Shine Fortifying Shampoo touched my hair (but what tickled me pink was throughout the process of straightening and wearing my hair straightened and washing, not once did my hair have that burnt smell!):
