What is MSM and how do you use it?

I keep seeing MSM mentioned in the threads what is it, what do you do with it and how can I get some.

MSM is a supplement. Read the information in the link. MSM for some reason spurted up my hair growth when I took it with my other supplements. Sulfur is a component of hair and nails I am gonna try this!
Oh, I noticed that MSM comes in a lotion and cream can you use this product on your hair?

Some posters use the lotion on their scalp. I have never used the product on my hair though.

You can take it internally, and some people use it topically on their scalp and mix it up with water and spray on the scalp. It works well when taken with Vitamin C

i use the lotion on my hair i add castor , rosemary and glovers mane oil to it apply at nite and wash it out in the morning
