drink throughout the day in order to flush out the toxins that MSM can release? Also, if you get headaches from MSM, what do you do to minimize them?

I try to drink the usual 8 glasses, but I substitute some of those with juice.
If you are getting a headache, you have started out to high. Start with 500 mg then work your way up.
