What is healthy hair?

Can you define healthy hair?
I consider any hair that is not dry and breaking all over they floor healthy.

Healthy hair is soft and hydrated. It is strong and doesn't break easily.

Same here. Sometime I get scared that my hair isn't healthy because it is not neatly trimmed but I guess that goes as appearing healthy and not the state of the hair. If that made any sence.
