I've been looking at different posts here on how so many of you used the air drying method after washing your hair. I do not have a regular hair dryer (our female family members had used one in the past), but can I still use a blow dryer to air dry my hair (so long as it is set on low temperature)? I don't want to use extreme heat or it will damage my hair even more /images/graemlins/nono.gif

I consider air drying to mean letting the hair dry naturally without any blowdryers. I typically wet set my hair and let it air dry. I usually only use my hood dryer for deep conditioning. Air drying helps lessen the amount of hair shedding for me.

Air drying is when you don't use any appliance to dry your hair you just let the air dry it. Sometimes I air dry my hair until it's 90% dry and then use my blow dryer on cool.

Hope that helps /images/graemlins/smile.gif
