What is a cheap brand of EFA....

that will make hair softer. Im looking for a brand recommended for a woman. Which one is more effective between Flax oil, EPO, Fish, or Borage oil? My girlfriend keeps bugging me about it lol. Thanks in advance.

i don't really know which is cheaper- i know that rite aid has been having weekly sales since president's day on vitamins- I personally take fish oil, flaxseed oil, evening primrose oil, vitaball(bubblegum multivitamin), vitamin e,msm and l-lysine. Hope this helps.

I use spectrum from the viamin shoppe. It is an EFA that has th EPO, borage oil and flax oil together. I paid about $8.00 for 8 ounces. The taste is not that bad, imagine drinking olive oil or any oil for that matter straight out the bottle. You can mix it with other drinks. HTH
