What ingredients do you look for when buying new shampoos, conditioners, leave-ins, etc.? I always manage to buy products that don't work for me.

What ingredients do you try to avoid?

I look for glycerin, propylene glycol, water, or coconut oil. If those are the first ingredients in a product, I'll probably get it. I stay away from cones and mineral oil. No pink moisterizer here.

I agree water, glycerin..in my leave-in I look for keratin protein, panthenol (B5) or jojoba oil

water, milk protein, jojoba oil, honey, panthenol, aloe, vitamin E...anything pronouncable.

I make sure that there is no Sodium Laureth Sulfate, Sodium Lauryl SUlfate
