It’s kinda hard to tell because the hair is wet and the ends are straight but it definitely looks type 3.
I’ve seen type 3 hair that looks looser than that— almost straight wet, but then dry is 3C. I’ve also seen wet hair with similar curls that dries to 3A, 3B, or 3C. I think water can affect elasticity enough that the true curl tightness is hard to see. The tighter it is dry, the easier it is to see whether it’s A,B, or C

Like it’s stated above, no one can truly say until you cut the ends. And typing is typically done on dry hair. But my prediction is silky 4a - 3c.
