What Hair Type Is This

I've spent the last 4 hours researching what my hair type would be and I have finally found a pic of someone else who has hair like mine (obviously not exactly the same but you get my drift). So with that, does this woman have 3c hair like she think she has? I'm thinking between 3b and 3c but I've never been good at guessing this kind of stuff
