Gift of sight/dreams
I see people's spirits if that makes any sense. And the Holy Spirit shows me images of what I need to minister to them about. I also dream prophetic dreams and hear the voice of God as clear as day.
Deliverance
Through the Holy Spirit I cast out unwelcomed spirits in the name of Jesus
Currently I am training to be a minister. I'm thinking of doing spiritual counseling. God told me that I was to be a "fisher of men" i still don't know the details though.

When I was about 14, I visited a church and the pastor's wife told one of my family memebers that I was going to be a prophet. I took that with a grain of salt.
Yesterday, the pastor prayed for every single person in the church - and if it was in his spirit, he spoke the gifts one would receive. As I walked up to him in my head I knew what he was going to say. He said, "Although you are not baptised YET, the Lord has given you the gift of prophecy."
I know baptism is the first step for me, but how do you get "deep" in the spirit and really improve your craft aka gift?

From age 8...I was told I would be a writer....everyone said it
Iwas published at age 6 in a metro paper... twice...and had a job one summer as a teen journalist
I didn't believe it...I thought writing was boring
I wanted to be an actor besides..everybody knows writers are notoriously underpaid...
now I have to live with it
still underpaid
(for the time being)
and yeah..sometimes..still tedious
but thank you God... what a blessed gift

Well I wasn't always saved so it was a really big/scary transition for me. First I had to ask for the desire to do what was asked of me. Then I started really getting into the Word. I would ask God for instruction and understanding. I bought a few books on spiritual warfare, the watches of the Lord ect. And I asked people I knew who had the gift for guidance. Now that I understand (kind of) why I was given these gifts I have a hunger to grow spiritually so that I can help others. It's an ongoing process and the gifts always have another level to them so you have to continuously listen for the voice of God so that He can direct your path.
Trust me, when you're in the word and surround yourself with true people of God the answer will be revealed to you!

A good start is to google: spiritual gifts assessments or spiritual gifts survey. It is a test that guages your strengths. These tests are usually not exhaustive, but they can give you a glimpse at what you are gifted in. I use the one that lifewaydotcom has. My church uses that version also so I trust it. I am in the process of working on a book that will help people not only discover what spiritual gifts they have but also find ways to incorporate those gifts both in ministry at church, and in their personal/work/family lives.
