What do you mix to get rid of old product?

While I've already done a major overhaul and cleaned my cabinets of products I no longer use, for some reason I still have some lingering around that I just couldn't bring myself to part with so last night after washing my hair w/som CON I refuse to divorce, I looked thru my conditioners and found an old bottle of Keracare Humecto. I forgot how much I loved this stuff and can't remember why I stopped using it. I also had about 1/4 of a bottle of suela y canela conditioner left so for a DC, I decided to mix the two together and sit under the dryer for 30 minutes. My hair is so soft, detangled, and moisturized this morning!

My question to you ladies is this: What have been your best accidental (or intentional) concoctions using products you're just trying to use up? What were the results? Do you still use the concoction?

I've been mixing a dime size amount of Herbal Essences Shampoo with CON green label. But only on days when I have a bit of build up but not enough to warrant clarifying. Today i mixed a bit of NTM Daily conditioner, Infusium and plain ole water in an attempt to get rid of the Infusium. We'll see how that goes.

I haven't been creating any conctions per say but using some of those items as a preepoo would be good to. Or mixing a moisturizing conditioner with a protein conditioner perhaps.
