What do relaxed ladies use for a daily moisturizer?

Elasta QP Recovery is my favorite. I also like Silk Elements Moisturizing Leave In Cream which is a knock- off of ORS Olive Oil Lotion, if you look at the ingredients. Mango butter is awesome but sometimes too rich since I used it as a base for a few oils and butters. I do like using Cantu's Break Cure and Repair Leave in, but its hard to find around here. Oh, and S- curls the best and only thing on my newgrowth. I'm very picky about moisturizers, and these are the best for me... HTHS:) .

I almost tried every moisturizer under the sun.. nothing seemed to work.. always dry hair no matter how much I paid for or applied them. I was an
S-curl girl but got scared from what you ladies were saying......
So I decided to make my own concoction!!!!

*16oz of bottled water ( too lazy to boil it my self)
*1 oz of Mane n tail original conditioner/texturizer
*2 1/2 to 3 oz of Elucence MB conditioner
*4 oz of glycerin
*1 oz of Ginseng miracle wonder 8 oil....

It's just like my S-curl minus that sticky feeling!!!!
Works for me.......

In response to Carlita not being able to find Elasta Mango Butter..you can find it at Walmart or Sally Beauty Supply in the Miami area

CW
NTM daily conditioner
Olive oil/soybean oil together or sometimes castor (depends on the mood)
Profective Mega Growth
In that order.

I know every shampoo and condition y'all use, but no body ever talks about a good moisturizer. (I'm asking for some lost soul on BHM)

I mix wild growth oil with Elucence Moisture Balancing Conditioner, never a dull, brittle, or greasy strand.

I use: S-curl mixed mainly for NG and over all moisture, Elasta QP mango butter on my ends (mixed w/EVOO), and WGO or Africa's Best ultimate Herbal Oil on my scalp.

I started using ISOPLUS castor oil (it's a small jar mixed with some other oils) and my hair has been great. My sister's hair has been very soft as well and she uses it 1x/week.

That sounds like a great hair recipe! :yep:

I rotate between ORS Carrot Oil creme, ORS Olive Oil creme (jar not bottle) and unrefined shea butter. I mist a little distilled water over my hair first, then add the moisture.

right now I am having excellent results by mixing a dab each of Salerm21 and Humectress in my hand, and applying to the whole shaft.

Each on it's own used on my dry hair is not as great as the combo. For me. HHG!

I love cathy howse's UBH creme moisturiser even though it costs an absolute fortune to ship to london. Its the only thing that doesn't leave my hair either too oily or dry.

I bounce between Aveda Brilliant shine and Kiehl's Silk groom depending on how my hair feels. I dont' use the Aveda when my hair is too many days in from a washing.
