What conditioner is this?

The lady at the dominican hair salon used a conditioner that comes in a tube. The tube was like the kind that hot oil treatments come in. My mom said that she could feel the product tingle a little bit on her scalp. She thinks there may have been sulfur in it. Does anyone know what this is?

A lot of conditioners are like that. Many brands make special protein treatments in those tubes.
