Yeah I'm frustrated because I should have been at SL already. I never thought I'd have so many setbacks.

I could have sworn I contributed to this thread a while ago...

I'm glad I didn't b/c today I'm NOT so optimistic about my goal. I thought I could reach WL by the end of this year but . I think I'll settle for my new lenght title OMBL = Obvious Mid Back Length. I think the discouragement came from looking at my ends and a strong desire to cut the remainder of my heat damaged/ weak ends. Also, I have so many different layers and some just SL that it just doesn't feel long to me anymore. I think that by the end of 2010 I'll be officially on some long huur status but for now OBSL-OMBL will have to do

Thought:

During my hair watching sessions I noticed something. In general I don't think APL is super long hair. However some of the women I've seen on the street, I'd consider to have long hair. When I look closely, I notice that it's really APL! So I've come to the following conclusion that when the crown of the hair is APL, it makes the hair appear longer than if it were layered.

New goal: Crown hair= APL! This is a tough goal for me especially since I have to trim at least 2 inches off the crown. It's a little past SL right now I think. I hope I can make it by the end of 2009.

I also noticed that when i see women with APL hair it looks SUPER long to me....but when i look at my hair...it seems so short even though i'm MBL...that's so crazy!!

I'm 2.5 inches on my shirt as of 3/11. On 6/11 I plan to be 4 inches. On 9/11 I plan to be 6.5 inches and by Xmas - I plan to be 8 inches. Now IF I can figure out hw to get my siggy pic to show, you guys can see what that translates into.
