I was pretty sure when I did my bc I mostl of my relaxed hair. During my next cowash I sectioned it and went back through to get rid of remaining straight ends. When I do my twists, I still have straight ends that make my twist outs not look the way I want them to. Any ideas on how to fix this? Also, what can I use that wont make my twists crunchy?

Other than cutting a bit more of the ends that very well may still be relaxed hair, you could try setting the ends of your twists on perm rods?

I know there are more folks on the board who have had this issue.. share your experience!

When I first big chopped the same happened to me. When I went back and cut the ends some more my twists got better. For those stubborn twist that just won't stay I recommend perm rods.

Cosigning perm rods on ends. Have you tried sealing with a light oil? Grapeseed and jojoba are pretty light sealers.
