Ok, I'm tired of the anecdotes, I want a poll! 
You know you ladies have tried that raw egg shake, it's not just the egglettes!
For those who tried it (without adding extra calories to the recipe), do you think it impacted your weight? If so, why (ie, were you hungrier/less hungry, very bloated, sluggish metabolism, etc)?
