Weave Diaster! What would you do?

I went to Jehan's Designer Hair today to have a install done. Well let me start from the beginning. Yesterday was my actual appointment but due to the receptionist not confirming my appointment with the stylist I had to be rescheduled for today(red flag). My installs were done previously by Jehan herself and they were always flawless but when I called to get an appointment I was told she had retired (red flag) I was wary but I needed to get my hair done so I booked with a girl that she had trained. She was a little rough with my hair when detangling but I know I cant expect anyone to be as gentle as me. I was feeling a little better as she was braiding because the braids were not too tight. Also she was remarking on how long my hair had gotten (Im about BSB). I bought In a lot of hair (it had to be over 13 ounces) I buy good quality hair that can be reused several times I bought it all just in case she wanted to choose different pieces well this chick tried to install all of it ( not such a big deal..). she asked me if I want her to layer the hair and style it which she says is extra and starts tabulating all these extra charges I say I just want it cut and I point to the back so she gets a razor and starts cutting. Im not facing the mirror so I cant really see what she is doing but I start feeling she's doing a whole lot of cutting so I kinda spin myself to look in the mirror on the opposite wall and this chick has given me a curly mullet her so called layers just go from short to long I tell her I didnt want layers I just wanted the back cut she says "Oh" (too D@mn late for my hair though) but she does offer to add in yet more hair to make the front look longer. To try and shorten a very long story I told her I was not happy at all that the install was lumpy and that she ruined very expensive hair that I now cannot reuse. But get this she still tried to get me to pay all of these upcharges but I was not having it I swear I stood there going back and forth with this chick for 15 mins. I did pay in the end but I knocked off a couple of those upcharges. I paid because I didnt want her calling the police but not before she promised to do the whole install over for free.

My dilemma is do I want to let this chick back in my head to redo the install? I would need to purchase yet more hair for it to look presentable anyway because the the hair that is in now is hacked. Should I just cut my losses now? Im really upset that I paid for a very expensive install just to be unhappy with it in end.

Sorry about the novel but what do you ladies think?

I'm sorry this happened to you first of all. I know good hair doesn't come cheap and to have somebody mess it up by doing something you asked them not to do is irritating. Secondly, I would have had to speak to management after she tried to upcharge me for things I already told her I did not want. Jehan would need to come out of retirement to redo my install, she would have to recommend someone that she could personally vouch for and be willing to assume responsibility if they messed my hair up, or I'd need a refund.

That's my two cent. Again, sorry this happened to you.
 
She owes you for that hair! I would make her repurchase the hair but I wouldn't allow her to do my hair again.
 
The whole situation is a ratchet mess. I may try to contact Jehan herself or there has to be a manager though there was not one there today.
 
Take pictures before you make any changes of the final product. The sooner the better.
 
There is NO WAY you should let her back in your head for any reason whatsoever. Good hair is expensive....my wallet was crying for you as you were describing how much hair she was cutting.

And I hope you paid by credit card- if you did, just contact your bank or credit card issuer to dispute the charges. That's why I pay for EVERYTHING with mine.
