Waves

I know that this forum has excellent advice about womans' hair, but I would like to know if anyone has any advice about how a man can achieve waves in his hair. My boyfriend asked me if I knew and I told him I would check with you guys. Does anyone have any suggestions?
Thank you

I don't know how legit this is, but I have heard a lot of men say that brushing their hair with a boar bristle brush regularly causes waves.

I watched my brothers do it. All I can remember is that they would use Murray's Pomade and that they would put a do rag or something like that on and in the morning they would have nice waves. I'm not sure if they dampened their hair though.

It depends on the hair type i know i used everything from sportin waves to murray and couldnt get waves except for on the top of my head. I did achieve some waves by using an s-curl perm kit on my hair.

My brother uses Murray's Pomade and wets the brush or his hair prior to using it. At night, he ties his hair down with the famous do-rag. Usually this is not an over-night process, but takes some time to actually work. He also shampoos each day to prevent nasty build-up since the pomade is really thick. HTH!

My boyfriend has always had nice 360 waves, all he does is brush it, I dont think he used any products before but he uses my hair milk now
