Re: the Dream Curls and crunchiness - make sure you use Dream Curls on SOAKING wet hair. I also use it LAST after the Taming Cream and the serum are on.

This should take care of the crunchiness. In fact, LACK of crunchiness is why this product is a wash and wear staple for me.
