water softener system

hi ladies,

did anyone have a water softener system installed in their homes? what difference do you see, if any, in your hair, skin, etc.?

is it true that you use less poo/con, washing powder, etc.?

My grandparent have one and yes thats true. I didn't really notice until I showered at my house, then at their house. I didn't need as much soap or shampoo.

For some reason my skin isn't as dry as it is with the regular water.

wow, thanks for the reply. i don't personally know anyone who has one installed in their home. so, that left me at the mercy of advertisement.
