When buying vitamins does it matter what brand you buy?

to me yes because I find some are more potent than others. i find GNC to be ineffective. I also notice GNC does not have a lot of capsules---where you can actually open it. I like puritan's pride, solgar and vitamin shoppe brand.

I think it will probably vary with each person, but I like to buy all natural vitamins, no matter the brand, i.e. no added sugars, coloring, etc.
