If your taking vitamins, presumably for your hair, you're NOT done dealing with your hair. Anyway, I don't think that taking it at the same time of day makes that much of a difference, as long as you take them daily.
i thought i would atleast notice softer less kinky hair like some other board members and a less dandruff problem taking the flaxseed oil. But im not getting none of that and i've been on it for months.

Pebbs, I remember Jade21 mentioning that B vitamins work best if taken at bedtime. She offered a simple phrase for remembering - "sleepin' on the B's" .
B vitamins are the only ones I've heard of that work best at some specific time of day.

So you want to continue finding methods/products that will help you get a healthy scalp and hair that is manageable for you?
YuNg, I don't know if vitamins will make your natural kinks and coils that much less kinky. They may make your hair easier to manage, but I don't know that the appearance will change that much.
I think vitamins should be taken around the same time, not necessarily the exact time. Yung, I can tell you're frustrated. Try not to dwell on your hair too much. I know that's easier said than done
YuNg,
Try taking them before brushing your teeth (either in the morning or at night. I actually tend to remember better at night cuz my head isn't swimming with all the things I need to do that day and stuff). Just make it part of the "grooming" things you do regularly so it doesn't become something you have to "remember", it will just flow with everything else you already do normally.
Some vitamins like MSM are to be taken with vitamin C and with your meals in order to work properly. And I put flaxseed oil in my food, so I never forget that one. I take certain vitamins before bedtime, like my B vitamins. There are usually recommendations on the vitamin bottles.
