Nourishing Shampoo and Conditioner

OK, so I picked up one bottle of poo and two bottles of conditioner (3/$21 on sale) yesterday. I washed and deep conditioned with it.

This conditioner is very, very thick. It's very moisturizing and smells great. I haven't been able to keep my hands out of my hair all day today!

I like it, I think it's a keeper. But I'm sure the scent will be much more noticeable/stronger as my hair gets longer. Does that make sense? In other words, I only smell it when I "swang" my neck length hair. When I'm SL or longer, the scent will be more noticeable/stronger because it'll be hanging.

I'm rambling now.....carry on.

I've never tried the poo, but I love adding a few dollops of the con to my DC when I want to smell extra nice. It compliments the VS Body line quite nicely. :yep:

I love this set. I get sick of how thick that conditioner is though.

I am giving my sister a set of this tonight when I see her, actually. I hope she loves it, too.

I love the smell of the conditioner and it soften my hair nicely. I will do a condition wash frequently, just to smell my hair when its in a braid out or rollerset.

I've been wanting to try it. I'm glad to hear it works for you. I love to have great smelling hair. Maybe I'll find time one day to get by the mall when I'm alone. :sekret: My DH seems to be tagging along lately to see what I am getting... What an a$$$$.

I love this stuff the Nourishing poo and conditioner was sold out at my local VS so I picked up the Pomade which was 50% off (good stuff).

I think I am the only person who doesn't like the smell or result from the conditioner. Everybody's hair is different and this proves it :)

You are not. Although I had GREAT experiences with it, I had some issues.

Actually, I prefer the shampoo over the conditioner. The use of both can be overpowering for me. Just too much of that fragrance all at one time. It makes me start disliking the fragrance after a while.

The conditioner got a little hard for me to rinse out. I noticed that some of it was on my scalp after I rinsed. It is just too thick I think. I ended up putting water in there and shaking it a bit to thin it out.

To me honest, the shampoo works great on my hair, but the conditioner is WONDERFUL for my clip in hair pieces -

I have been on a campaign to give away the bottles I have left. I am going to keep a set around to use every now and then, but it is not one that I can use ALL the time.

You're not alone on the smell.....it is way too perfumy for my liking (fragrance is listed as the third ingredient on the bottle, so you know they put way too much). But I do find it nourishing; I've been using it for the past week for co-rinses, followed by Aussie Moist to help mask the So Sexy smell. I'll finish the bottle of So Sexy, but I will not repurchase it.

Picked up today- Love it!

Do ya'll think this product can be watered down and used as a hair refreshener... or do you think it would cause to much build up? I'd like to leave a little of this product in to help cover up my sulfur-head.

I used to have the hairspray, yea i know, it has alcohol in it, but I had no adverse effects what so ever, just nice smelling hair. I've been wanting to shampoo and conditioner, and will be purchasing them soon, along with more hairspray. I might just condition first, then shampoo to tackle the buildup problem.

This stuff better smell FANTABULOUS I just ordered the shampoo, conditioner, and serum.

At least it's 3/$21 :look:

I'm holding ya'll to this!!

I finally tried it - bought it for myself for Christmas. This is from the January 2008 Hits or Misses thread.

HIT:
Victoria's Secret So Sexy Nourishing Conditioner for dry/damaged hair

Took advantage of the 3 for $21 sale. Applied on dry hair; sat under a conditioning cap (no heat) and kept on for 1 hour. I rinsed thoroughly and then did an oil rinse using EVOO. I airdryed to damp, applied FHI Hot Sauce and used my blow dryer to smooth the cuticle, but not to dry.

This product added incredible shine and weight to my fine/thin hair. Very nice. The scent, though lovely, began to get overwhelming. Oh, and I used a very generous amount so that could have contributed ya think? :yep: :lachen:

Ihave yet to try it eventhough I have it. I only use the balm and it smells so good!!!!!!! I cant wait to try the shampoo and conditioner.

I have the 2 oz. bottles of the shampoo & conditioner, but I haven't used it yet. I like the smell.

VS has a good sale now so I got the sample bottles 2 for $3. I was scared to buy the big bottles but now I wish I did. I really liked them. The shampoo felt really nice and wasn't stripping at all. The conditioner was nice and thick and I seemed to get good slip from it. I was kinda iffy on the smell but I think I like it. I smelled it in my hair all day and the only bad part was that it over-powered my perfume.

I also bought the Amber Romance shampoo and condish. It smells wonderful but I haven't tried it yet.
