You might want to check the MBL, HL and TL challenges. I've seen some old heads over there. They tend to stay out of sight

I do not visit the hair threads as much now I know what to do with my hair and I am no longer obsessed with growing. I am just working on retaining what I have

Of course, "Old Head" will be different for everyone. To OP, anyone that was here before she got here is an old head. And if she was a lurker for a while then that changes what an old head is to her. For someone who's been here since 2004, none of the folks who came after 2004 would be old heads--which is why no one but Nonie is an old head to you.
