When u guys say " NO HEAT USED" does that include the cold option on my air dryer? Does that count too?

Good question. But I dont think that will work. Have you tried this?

Its fine to use that option. Does take a heck of a long time though. But I use if it i absolutely have to get my hair dry sooner than just regular air drying.

Just know that its still considered quite heavy manipulation though.

I've used that cool setting for emergencies. It takes a long time to dry though, for me about three hours. It's like sitting in front of a fan except the fan is more directed on your hair. I prefer airdrying overnight but I like having the option if I need it.:)

ETA: There's no manipulation with the bonnet dryer and cool setting.

I'm on a low heat regimen, so I use the blowdrier on high w/ the cool shot. I think if you can hold your hand 2 inches from the nozzle for 10 seconds then it's fine.

It is a lot of manipulation tho.

I tried cold air from a blow dryer when I first tried going heat free. It left my hair poofy. So now I rely on the air only. Love it!
