I got new products today, but I may not have them long. I'm almost out of cream to use for my flat twists, so my sister gave me three to try. She also gave me back my tiny sample of Oyin Burnt Sugar Pomade.

Also, I did cheat on my no-buy a little. I plan to rollerset this weekend, so I bought a bottle of Lottabody.

Now I really need to use some things up...sigh...

I'm now down to just the SSI products that I like.

I may also return the Lottabody. It doesn't seem like the results it gave me were that different from when I just use Oyin Hair Dew, but I'm going to try reducing the water ratio from 3:1 to 2:1 to see if that makes a difference. If not, it's going back to Sally's

+Macadamia Oil Deep Repair Masque, only used once. Last year, this Sally Beauty mess made my hair mushy. Probably, because I fell asleep. Regardless, I had to re-wash my hair and do a deep protein tx to revive my hair.

+ 25 processing caps (trying to minimize expenses for a friend)

+BonBon Cheveux Hard Candy Conditioning Cap. It's to small or I have a big head

+Duo TeX protein treatment. Is this trifling? I'm giving them the 33 oz bottle, so they can pour 8 oz into a container and return the rest to me. Too lazy to find a bottle, before they get here

+Lavender satin pillow case set. Matches one of my BFF DD's bedroom decor. She can take one case to grandma's house, for when she's there.

I hope this helps with them with taking over the care of DD's hair from the salon.

I tried the BASK Hair Milk on dry hair last night. I need to use this product on damp hair. It left my hair greasy. It is really heavy compared to a lot of other hair milk. I still have quite a bit left.

I started conditioning again. Used the shescentit banana brulee yesterday. I have one or two uses left. It was OK but not amazing. It did soften it enough to detangle. I am going to try to DC twice a week for the month.

Ended up picking up some butters (coffee, avocado) oils (coconut, the one that stays in liquid form and macadamia nut). I'm pleased that my old habits didn't kick in and I kept my ex pj habit in check.

Now I'm back to focusing on using up stuff.
