those naturals that straighten frequently- or often- or maybe not at all!
Ugh, I had washed, used my GVP Kpak reconstructor and did a moisturizing DC. I let my hair almost completely air dry (overnite and nearly half the next day) before I used the blow dryer (on low) to get it completely dry.
I don't know if I did it wrong with the SMB... I followed the instructions that came with the bottle I got. And I used my GHD flat iron. I did small sections and only went over my hair twice- well 3x in some parts. My hair got straight- super straight. Even better than when I had a relaxer. But it felt kinda sticky, icky, gunky. And I couldn't get my ends to be straight for nothing!
It was just frizz. I should've taken pix but I got frustrated and rinsed and conditoned my hair. Funny, I don't have the frizz issue when I wear my hair in WnG or twist outs or even a simple puff..
I like the way it looked otherwise, shiny and silky... then I got to the ends and it was a whole other story.
Do I need a trim?

so if they're really scary looking, a pressing comb does the job when the flat iron doesn't.
). I think it just takes a couple more DC's to get the moisture level back to optimum and calm the frizzes down after a treatment like K-pak.
