I have so much knowledge of dealing with my hair since joining this community (thanks to Divastate for leading me to this site). Before LHCF my hair was awful dry and broken off the so called money grabbing stylists would overporcess my hair and constantly thought I needed a "treatment" to solve the problem.
My first year of LHCF I was struggling with my stylist cutting off my new growth with every relaxer and added stress on my weak spot on my hair. All my hard work with stretching went right on the salon. With the advice and checking out my hair idols (DSD, JenniferMD) regimens and products that they were using I went to self styling my hair and strecthing my relaxers with weaves and braids..
YEAR TWO I have made a turnaround I have a rountine based on the seasons, love my Dominician conditioners (Silicon Mix And Sedal!!!) and I am a fan of that horse juice. My hair is touching my shoulders so I am offical shoulder length. Now I am chasing APL by next year
My hair is a sew in now but I will posted pictures in Janaury when I take my hair out.
Thanks to all the advice ladies and to all the newbies don't give up the struggle.
