I like to keep things as simple as possible...
I do cardio 5 times a week...which consists of riding bikes with my 7 year old.
This is cardio like you wouldn't believe..going up and down those hills..and trying to keep up with him...really works me out.
I do Callanectics three times a week to tone in the morning before work.
Sometimes I add small weights (5 - 7lbs pounds) to help tone my arms.
I stopped drinking sodas...except when I feel like I "need" one!
Sodas and cookies are my two biggest vices.
The first 2 weeks I stopped drinnking sodas..I lost 12 lbs!
I mainly drink water and diet soda ( I know it's not good...but I gotta have something!! LOL)
My diet is a weird thing that I came up with..it's a combo of Atkins / Belly Fat Cure/ Low Calorie.
I keep my carbs under 40...when I'm trying to shed pounds.
I eat between 1200-1500 calories.
Only 20 grams of sugar a day.
I have a veggies with each meal.
I eat lean cuts of meat.
I don't eat processed meat or pork...but if I want bacon, I will indulge. LOL
I try to limit my red meat.
Um....I think that's it!
