TWISTS

I have 100 small miscrotwist in my head :
part my hair
put small colorful rubberbands not tight but lose
then slightly twist half way to the ends
put oil on the ends
long with spong rollers with end papers
this the only way i can wear my hair out without dry out my ends

How do i wash these to keep them from comin down?

You can try washing them with a stocking cap on. If you use shampoo, try it diluted 50/50 with water and squeeze gently through the twists and gently massaging through the scalp so you don't disturb the twists too much...
