I got a LOoootttt of questions re: this product. My doctor suggested I started taking it originally for my knee and my wrist. It helps with joint support by lubricating the joints. It also supports your my metabolism and thinks a lot use it to lose weight

After taking it for a few days I saw and added benefit. My hair was thicker, growing fast and really pretty. I first saw the change in my nails and my skin. My nails have not been this hard since I was pregnant. It does not have any sugar so it is safe for diabetics. It’s liquid and easily digested

I buy it from the Vitamin Shoppe and from what my doctor and the shop personnel they swear it the best on the market. ( GNC DOES NOT CARRY THIS- DON'T GET ME STARTED ON GNC AND THE COMMERCIALISM) I have a co-worker that has given her daughters 3 tbs every evening since they were 13 yr old. And unlike a lot of things out there, I haven’t heard of anyone doing or becoming sick from it.

I take 4tablespoons every night now. I started for a month taking 3 tbs in the morning and 3 at night. After a month I did just 4 tbs a night.
Oh , my knees are a lot better without surgery!!!!!

I did some research on this product and methyl and propylparaben were listed as some ingredients as well as some others that were questionable. Is this what is listed on your bottle?

i've never seen that. that sounds like alchohol type stuff to me.....i went on amazon and got the ingrediants off there and pasted them below. Like i said in my orginal post. My doctor suggested I get this since i was soo adamant about no surgery and doing everything naturally. i did just google that it looks like a perservative. But i have not eyeballed it yet.

I have also started using liquid collagen. I got mine from vitamin world. the only other ingredient is sodium...

I take the Puritan's Pride pill version. It really helped with my skin and I do see a benefit on my hair. I also take their silica as well.
