Is it true that it is better to take your vitamins right before you go to sleep because that is when you do the most growing???

good question, i take flax and some biotin and one multi at night but msm and the other multi in the morning
 
Hmmmm.....I always take some at night, but taking ALL of them at one time seems a little iffy to me

I take some at night and others right after a meal. It depends on the vitamins. Some shouldn't be take on an empty stomach and usually the instructions are on the label. MSM, for instance, is probably best taken either throughout the day or a few hours before going to sleep since it makes one really alert.
 
I don't know if it matters. I take mine after I eat lunch. It's easier to remember that way.
 
i take mine in the evening with my dinner so that if i have any negative reactions i am at home. also the body regenerates while we sleep.
